During the Invisalign process, we’ll take careful scans of your mouth in order to create trays fit perfectly for your teeth. Every several weeks, you’ll receive a new set of trays. Each set will work to straighten your teeth until your ideal smile is achieved.

How much does Invisalign cost?
The cost of Invisalign depends on how many retainers you’ll need during your course of treatment. At your first consultation, we will have a better idea and be able to provide you with an accurate quote.

Why choose Invisalign over traditional braces?
When you choose to straighten your teeth with Invisalign clear aligners, you don’t have to worry about anyone noticing that you’re even wearing something on your teeth. Better yet, trays can be removed for a night out or when you need to eat.
How long each day will I need to wear my aligners?
It is recommended that you wear your aligners for 22 hours each day (even while you sleep) for optimal results.
How long will my treatment course last?
Because each person’s mouth is unique, we’ll have a better idea of your smile goals and treatment plan when you visit us in person. We’ll lay out the entire plan for you and let you ask any questions. A typical course of care can last anywhere from a few months to two years.
What types of issues can Invisalign address?
Invisalign can treat teeth that are gapped and overcrowded. In addition, it can address the following: crossbite, overbite, underbite and open bite.
How many appointments will I need to come into your practice for?
You’ll need to visit us for just a few appointments, which is why some people choose Invisalign over traditional metal braces. First, we’ll just need to see you to take moulds of your teeth and do the initial scans. You’ll also return once your first set of trays come in. From there on out, you’ll receive your trays directly and we’ll schedule appointments as needed to ensure everything is shifting properly and on schedule. There’s no need for lengthy visits with us when it comes to Invisalign.
How often will I change my trays?
About every two weeks you will wear a new set of aligners.
Before I start treatment, will I be able to see what the end result will look like?
Yes, using Align Tech software, we can show you how your teeth will look at the conclusion of your treatment.
Can I drink with my Invisalign aligners in?
You can drink with your aligners in, though we recommend that if you are sipping something sugary, remove your aligners to brush your teeth after so no left-behind sugar builds up on your teeth. Water is perfectly fine to drink, as well.
Do I need to avoid particular foods during treatment?
No, that’s one of the greatest benefits of Invisalign. Because the trays are removable, you can eat whatever you like!
What happens if I skip wearing my aligners for a day?
If you leave for work and forget your aligners-don’t worry. While it may extend the life of your treatment plan, it’s not the end of the world. If you find yourself forgetting to wear them more frequently, your ideal alignment will take longer to achieve, therefore costing more as well as new trays may need to be considered.
